• No refunds, no chargebacks. I start work soon after payment is complete, it isn't fair to randomly ask for your money back when I've already started working. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis but chances are I'll say no.
• Do not spam me for updates. This means that unless we've discussed a deadline, please limit update inquiries to once a week. If you ask me for an update within 24 hours (unless there's a 24 hour deadline) I will blacklist you.
• My turnaround times vary from same-day to up to 4 months depending on a few factors. Life is unpredictable and I work as quickly as possible. I do my best to communicate delays and breaks! If you have any questions or want an estimate turnaround time, you're free to ask.
• The answer to the final question on my form is orange.
• I'm not interested in RP or sending/receiving voice messages. Please talk to me normally!
• For edits: I will do minor edits to a sketch 1-2 times for free. For major edits or edits past the sketch stage, price varies. Once you have approved the final piece no more changes will be made.
